Unable to get reward from 2 quests - Guild Wars Forums

Hi all,
I got 2 quest and i cannot find the guy that gives me the reward because i got kill. The first quest is the one in north kryta province where you gotta defend that guy from the nightmare basically i party up with my friend and he got that quest completed and i got killed and when i gone back to it and i can't find him nowhere in that area. The second quest is the one the hot spring murder I've gave the evidence to the guy and I was told to speak to the guy next to him then the stupid henchman comes along with enemy and basically the guy is dead and nowhere to be found.
Any help on how to get the rewards for those 2 quest would appricate.
